  2. Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the product or download link within the specified delivery time after payment, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us at support@umagan.com with proof of purchase.
  3. Duplicate Payment: If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment for the same product, please inform us immediately, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom game assets and source codes, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun, unless the product is defective or not delivered as agreed.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases due to a change of mind, as digital products are easily accessible upon purchase.
  • Improper Use: Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by improper use of the product, unauthorized modifications, or incompatibility with your specific environment.

Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
